Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms and Services Included

• Total Price: €200 (registration fee) + €790 (final payment)

• Registration Confirmation: You will receive an email from NamiSurfCamp within 2 weeks after registering to confirm availability.

• First Payment: After confirmation of your place, we will email you the invoice for the €200 non-refundable registration fee, which must be paid within 2 weeks.

• Second Payment: €790, due no later than one month before the camp start date.

• Payment Proof: A photo or screenshot of payment confirmation must be emailed to namisurfcamp@gmail.com

• Payments must follow the instructions detailed in the invoice provided with the confirmation email.

• Pickup Time: Pickup times at the selected location are fixed and must be respected. A 20-minute grace period is allowed, if agreed upon in advance. Arrivals later than this window will be treated as a no show.

• NamiSurfCamp is not responsible for any travel costs, such as flights to and from Lisbon.

  Cancellations

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to namisurfcamp@gmail.com

• Cancellations made before May 14th, 2025: The registration fee (€200) is non-refundable, but the second payment (€790) is not required.

• Cancellations made after May 14th, 2025: Both the registration fee (€200) and the second payment (€790) are non-refundable.

• In the event that the camp has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., health issues, pandemics, or facility closures), NamiSurfCamp will make every effort to recover all funds already committed (hotel reservations, etc) and refund all recovered funds to camp participants. Other costs unrelated to NamiSurfCamp (e.g., flights) will not be reimbursed..

  Insurance

• Participants are responsible for obtaining their own health insurance, valid in Portugal during the camp dates.

• NamiSurfCamp provides personal accident insurance for activities outside of surf lessons, as required by Portuguese law (Law No. 32/2011 and Ordinance No. 629/2004).

• The surf school includes personal accident insurance for participants during surf lessons.

  Photo and Video Usage

• Participants grant NamiSurfCamp the rights to use images and videos taken during the camp for promotional purposes.

  Meals and Allergies

• NamiSurfCamp is not responsible for any allergic reactions to food served during the camp.

  Booking Limitations

• NamiSurfCamp reserves the right to decline registrations if capacity is reached or place applicants on a waiting list. Any payments made in these cases will be fully refunded.

• If the camp is canceled due to insufficient registrations, all payments done will be fully refunded.

  Alcohol, Drugs, and Behavior

• The use of drugs is strictly prohibited both on and off the camp premises.

• If a participant's behavior is deemed inappropriate, NamiSurfCamp staff reserves the right to dismiss them from the camp at their own expense after warning.

• NamiSurfCamp is not liable for incidents, accidents, or damages caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
